Product costs, availability and item specifications are subject to change without prior notice. It is the expressed right of D.R. Ebel to correct any misprints that appear on this Web site. This includes pricing and typographical errors. If you find an error on our Web site, please let us know.

If your organization is tax exempt, let us know. Provide us with a copy of your tax exemption certificate and we will be sure not to charge you tax on any of your purchases. We will even keep your exemption form on file so that when you make future purchases, you don’t have to resubmit the form.

Because of the sensitivity of some of the products we sell, such as ballistic armor and/or badges, we may require identification for some sales. Please do not feel insulted if we ask you to present identification; it is for your safety and to help maintain the integrity of this industry, as well as the safety of your family and friends.

D.R. Ebel is not responsible for any claims of product defect that are due to the misuse and/or abuse of the product, misapplication of the item or inappropriate product choice. The majority of the items we sell come with instructions and/or directions for accepted use. Any warranty the products carry will be null and void if the item is used inappropriately according to the enclosed directions.

The majority of the items sold by D.R. Ebel feature warranties that are provided to the customer by the manufacturer. You should receive a copy of the warranty with the product. Some companies now list warranty information on-line. If you did not receive a copy of the warranty with any product you ordered, call the manufacturer to obtain the information or check the company’s Web site for further details.

At D.R. Ebel, we hold our clients in the highest esteem. We respect your privacy and your right to keep the information you share with us confidential. We collect the personal information you share with us using the highest level of state-of-the-art encryption software so your information is safe. We never use or sell your information. We disclose only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming your order.

We will use the email address you provide to send you special offers and savings from D.R. Ebel. We will not give that email address to any third parties. If you do not wish to receive periodic emails from our company, you can click the “remove” button at the bottom of the email.

We are happy to work with new and existing clients to find any product that you are looking for but do not see on our Web site. Contact us by email or at 800/800-EBEL and let us know what you’re searching for—chances are good that we’ll be able to find it for you.

If you need to cancel your order, do so as soon as possible after placing the initial order. Cancellations must be approved by D.R. Ebel. If products have been shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs as well as a restocking fee.

If there are any problems with your order, give us a call at 800/800-EBEL. We will be happy to issue you a refund, credit or exchange on unused items (certain provisions apply). When you call, we will issue you a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA). All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number.

All orders you place on drebel.com are received and processed daily (orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Mondays). In-stock items will be shipped 24 to 48 hours from order time.

In-stock items ship via UPS. Delivery time varies depending on where your package is being shipped; typically from 1 to 6 business days in the contiguous United States.

Items that are not in stock (backordered) will be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped to the customer as soon as they are received in our warehouse. Depending on the manufacturer and the speed which we receive the item, typically deliveries on backordered products could take between 1 to 3 weeks.
