All pricing on products doesn't include tax until the checkout process. The product price doesn't include shipping, below our shipping rates are listed. Our checkout process simply breaks down the product cost in the first step and includes tax on the second step (only Ohio residents are taxed). Shipping rates are added on the third step of the order process.  Orders are not complete until the fourth and final step is completed.

All orders you place on drebel.com are received and processed daily (orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Mondays). In-stock items will be shipped 24 to 48 hours from order time.

In-stock items ship via DHL and UPS. Delivery time varies depending on where your package is being shipped; typically from 1 to 6 business days in the contiguous United States.

Items that are not in stock (backordered) will be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped to the customer as soon as they are received in our warehouse. Depending on the manufacturer and the speed which we receive the item, typically deliveries on backordered products could take between 1 to 3 weeks.

On orders of $50 or more receive $7.99 off shipping by typing in "shipping credit" in the comments box when completing your order.

Return Policy

If there are any problems with your order, give us a call at 800/800-EBEL. We will be happy to issue you a refund, credit or exchange on unused items (certain provisions apply). When you call, we will issue you a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA). All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number.
