Do I have to register to make a purchase?

No, you don't have to register to make a purchase. We do require a billing and shipping address because how else would we get you your product.

However, D.R. Ebel Police and Fire Equipment give you the option to create a username so when you return, your checkout process will be hassle-free with saved shipping and billing information.

We collect the personal information you share with us using the highest level of state-of-the-art encryption software so your information is safe. We never use or sell your information. We disclose only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming your order.

D.R. Ebel will use the email address you provide to send you a receipt of your order. We will NOT give that email address to any third parties and we will not e-mail you after your purchase. If you do wish to receive periodic newsletters on D.R. Ebel product specials please sign up for our newsletter in the top right corner of our home page.

Do you offer more products then listed on your website?

Yes, we are happy to work with new and existing clients to find any product that you are looking for but do not see on our Website. Is my information secure?

We protect the security of credit card and other sensitive information you provide online by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security software that encrypts such information. The security features are automatic. For example, once you've clicked the CHECKOUT button on the Shopping Cart page, your browser looks for a digital certificate to confirm that it is communicating with drebel.com. What do I do if I need to change or cancel my order?

What if my organization is tax exempted?

If your organization is tax exempt, let us know. Provide us with a copy of your tax exemption certificate and we will be sure not to charge you tax on any of your purchases. We will even keep your exemption form on file so that when you make future purchases, you don’t have to resubmit the form.
